Diana M. Charles

Olean- Diana Charles of 3258 Rt. 16 North, Olean, passed away Wednesday (July 6, 2022) following a lengthy illness.

Born May 30, 1939, in Sandy Creek she was the daughter of the late, Raymond Stacey and Helen Lee.

Diana worked for Hinsdale Central School as a Technology Aide, retiring in 2005. She also owned the Hill View Village mobile trailer park for many years.

Diana was a member of the Hinsdale Guys & Gals and Class Cars of Olean. She enjoyed garage sales and shopping at thrift stores. She also enjoyed traveling north to visit her family and friends during the summer months.

She is survived by; two cousins, Leon (Linda) Stevens, of Camden and Vonnie Bosberg of Lacona.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Dorothy.

Friends will be received at the Guenther Funeral Home, Inc., 1303 E. State Street, Olean on Sunday (July 10, 2022) from 1-3pm.  A memorial service will begin at 3pm at the funeral home with Monroe Bishop, officiating.

Burial will be in Boylston-Sandy Creek Cemetery in Lacona and at the convenience of the family.
