Bolivar- Elizabeth A. Simpson Bartholomew (Beth Ann), of 56 Wellsville St., Bolivar, passed away at her home.

Born June 11, 1971 in Galesburg, Ill., she was the daughter of the late, George M. and Helen J. Pitts Simpson, Sr. She married Robert A. Bartholomew on July 19, 1997. He predeceased her in April 2018.

Surviving are three children; Andrew (Hunter Ankrom) Ruth of Independence, MO., Jaylena Bartholomew of Kansas City, MO., Robert Bartholomew of Independence, MO; one sister, Linda L. (David) Scott of Riverside, MO; three brothers, Paul R. (Leanna) Simpson of Milton IA., Lee E. (Connie) Simpson of Raytown, MO., and George M. (Stephanie) Simpson, Jr. of Marquette Heights, Ill; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her parents and one sister, Susan J.Simpson.

There will be no services for Elizabeth at this time.
