Hinsdale- Jody M. Seeley of Hinsdale, passed away Wednesday (January 17, 2024) at the Olean General Hospital after a short illness.

Jody was born on April 30, 1959 in Olean, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Mary Ellen Crawford Long.

Jody graduated from Hinsdale Central School and JCC with an associates degree. She worked at Paul Brown Motor’s as an administrative assistant. She was a member of the color guard in high school. Jody had a love for reading and sports.

Jody is survived by her son, Joshua Seeley; a sister, Brenda (Peter) Waughtel, a niece, Melissa (James Shaw) Waughtel and nephew, Jason (Alissa) Waughtel.

She was predeceased by her parents, Vincent and Mary Ellen.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday (February 10, 2024) at 10am at St. John’s Church, Olean. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
