Obituary
Eldred, PA- Lucille M. Bowman of Barbertown Road, passed away Wednesday (March 29, 2023) at the Olean General Hospital, after a brief illness.
Born May 31, 1952, in Olean, she was the daughter of Harold and Loraine Kellogg Schmidt. She married Richard Bowman, who predeceased her.
Lucille worked for the former Smethport Specialty Co. in Smethport, PA.
She is survived by; her mom, Loraine Childs of West Clarksville; one son, Michael Torrey of Eldred, PA; two grandchildren, Mackenzie Torrey, and Adam Torrey; two brothers, David Schmidt of California and Daniel Schmidt of North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband, Lucille was predeceased by; one son, Josef Torrey; two brothers, Karl Schmidt, and Gary Schmidt; and one sister, Alice Forester.
A graveside service will be in Evergreen Cemetery, in Ceres, PA, and announced later. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Guenther Funeral Home, Inc., 1303 E. State Street Olean. Online condolences can be expressed at www.guentherfh.com.
