Pamela J. Howard

Portville- Pamela Jean Howard, 72, of Portville, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday (January 13, 2023).

Born on June 1, 1950, in Olean, she was the daughter of James Eastman and Mary Hart. On July 9, 1988, in Eldred, PA, she married Darrell W. Howard, who survives.

Pamela was a graduate of Otto- Eldred High School, class of 1968. She was a longtime member of the First Church of God in Eldred, PA and will be remembered for being an amazing cook and baker.

She is survived by; her husband Darrell Howard; her daughter, Michelle (Ronald) Welch of Lancaster, CA; three sons Dennis (Gloria) Howard of Pittsburgh, PA, Richard (Terri) Howard of Eldred, PA, and Darrell Howard Jr. of Franklinville. She is also survived by her grandchildren Brett Howard, Zahel Howard, Keegan Howard, Garrett Howard all of Eldred, PA, James (Brittley) Chiapuso of Plano, Texas, Brooklyn Bennett of Houston, TX, Ronald Welch, III., Margaret Welch, Victoria (Dallas) Welch Rowe all of Lancaster, CA, Shauna Howard of Pittsburgh, PA and Justine Wilkins of Oceanside, CA; three great grandchildren Addisun Chiapuso, Irie Chiapuso and Lane Howard; and one brother, James Eastman of Etters, PA.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Guy Eastman and her daughter, Theresa Chiapuso Cramer.

Friends will be received at the First Church of God, 142 Main Street, Eldred, PA., on Thursday (January 19, 2023) from 11 am to 1 with funeral service to follow at 1pm. Rev. Jim Kazimer, pastor will officiate.  Burial will be in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Portville.
