Obituary
Twin Falls, ID – Sonya Nenno, 88, died on Mother’s Day, May 14, 2023 in Twin Falls, ID. She was born October 4, 1934 in Blossburg, PA. she was the daughter of Arnold and Morjorie Campbell McInroy. William E. Nenno, her husband of 61 years, died in 2016.
She is survived by her five children; Tim (Art) of NYC, Jay (Robie) of Twin Falls, Kim (Terry) Simon of Hendersonville, NC, Dan (Vicki) of Las Vegas, NV, and Amy (JT) Turman of Dublin, VA,; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a half-brother David McInroy of Olean; and two half-sisters, Georgia Davidson Van Zutphen of Albany and Bonita McInroy Garland of Orange, NC.
Sonya was predeceased by her parents; step-parents, John Davidson, Paul Keller, and Leah Witmer McInroy; her sister, Beverly McInroy Van Dixon Nickola; and her half-sister Lindsay Keller Milne.
Sonya’s ashes will be buried by the side of her husband, William, in St. Bonaventure Cemetery on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 10am with a graveside service.
